   Some counselors prefer more individual counseling. This preference may be due to various reasons. Individual counselor;

  • People who are more comfortable telling their problems one-on-one rather than in a group,
  • Clients who want one-on-one attention and more intense work,
  • Clients who cannot find suitable group counseling for themselves,
  • Individuals who cannot include their partner in the counseling process for various reasons (distance, resistance) for couples counseling.

    Individual counseling provides the opportunity to open up the feelings and thoughts that the person cannot tell anyone.
